Hi Everyone! Introducing the first Professional Hippy Yoga Mini Magic Yoga Practice ✨ This practice tones and strengthens the arms and legs while creating wonderful balance throughout the body - all in just two minutes 🤗

I've developed this practice to be prop free so that it can be completed anywhere, anytime! Feel free to join in the journey on Instagram - I've been completing this practice three times a day whenever I've got a spare two minutes as well as an hour of general exercise and it's been really effective and enjoyable - loving the abundant energy! ☺️
