Do you know what I do and how I can help you or your friends and family?

I am a Clinical Herbalist and a Realtor.

I create a wide range of products using plant-based ingredients to promote health and well-being. These products are often derived from various parts of plants such as leaves, flowers, roots, bark, and more. Some common types of products made by me include:

Herbal Teas: blends of dried herbs to make teas that can offer various health benefits. These teas may address specific concerns such as digestion, relaxation, immune support, or sleep.

Tinctures: Tinctures are concentrated liquid extracts made by soaking herbs in alcohol or another solvent. They are used to preserve and extract the active compounds of the herbs. Tinctures can be taken orally for therapeutic purposes.

Salves and Balms: Herbal salves and balms are topical products made by infusing herbs into carrier oils and then combining them with beeswax or another solidifying agent. These products are applied to the skin to address issues like skin irritations, muscle soreness, or joint pain.

Herbal Oils: Herbal oils are created by infusing herbs in carrier oils like olive, coconut, or almond oil. These oils can be used for massages, aromatherapy, or as a base for homemade skincare products.

Herbal Capsules: I create encapsulated herbal supplements, where finely ground herbs are packed into capsules for convenient consumption. This is a common method for taking herbs that have a bitter taste or are less palatable as teas.

Herbal Extracts: Similar to tinctures, herbal extracts are concentrated liquid forms of herbs, but they can be made using different solvents such as glycerin or vinegar for those who wish to avoid alcohol-based products.

Herbal Creams and Lotions: I create creams and lotions by incorporating herbal infusions or essential oils into a base cream. These products are often used for skin care and may address issues like dryness, acne, or aging.

Herbal Syrups: Herbal syrups are sweetened herbal extracts that can be taken directly or added to beverages. They are commonly used to soothe coughs, support the immune system, or alleviate respiratory discomfort.

Herbal Bath Products: Bath salts, soaks, and bath teas containing dried herbs can be added to bathwater for relaxation, skin nourishment, and potential therapeutic effects.

Herbal Incense and Smudging Bundles: I create incense blends or smudging bundles using aromatic herbs that are burned for their fragrance or spiritual properties.

Herbal Shampoos and Soaps: I formulate shampoos and soaps using plant-based ingredients to promote hair and skin health, often using herbs known for their cleansing or soothing properties.

Herbal Culinary Products: Certain herbs are used in cooking for their flavor and potential health benefits. I might create culinary blends, infused oils, or herbal vinegars for culinary use.

It's important to note that the effectiveness of herbal products can vary based on individual preferences, sensitivities, and health conditions. If you're interested in using herbal products, consider contacting your healthcare professional to ensure their safety and appropriateness for your needs.
