When a kid falls apart during the holidays, they’re showing you exactly where their system can’t keep up yet.

Give parents tools that match where their kid is right now, not where they wish they were.

That reframe alone changes how they see their kid.

A mom once told me she wished someone had taught her these basics when her first child was little. She said, I did not need more Pinterest activities. I needed someone to actually explain what was happening in my child’s brain. That single comment reminded me how much parents are craving clarity and leadership, not more noise.

This is where your small group becomes a game changer.

If you want more families learning from you, talking about you, and understanding what you do at a deeper level, a Beyond Milestones Mommy and Me group is an easy place to start.

-You do not need a big space.
-You do not need a complicated curriculum.
-You do not need perfect branding.

You only need a small structure, a few simple activities, and conversations grounded in Whole to Part thinking.

When parents feel seen and understood, they naturally want to learn more from you. They talk about you. They refer. They stay connected. This is how you grow a practice built on trust instead of pressure.

Stress neurology is always in the room before you are.
Families are walking into your office already scanning for “same old system” cues. The words on your website might promise calm, safety, and support, but their nervous system is clocking the tone of the phone call, the waiting room energy, how your team responds to tears or “behavior.”

When your marketing says “safe and different,” every interaction has to back that up in real time. Otherwise their brain files you under “just another place I have to mask and hustle through,” and you lose the opportunity for true connection and change.

This is the work of brain based chiropractic. Not just adjusting the child, but reshaping the entire experience so their system can finally exhale.

Save this for your next team meeting and share it with a chiropractor who is ready to look at their office through a stress neurology lens.

Parents Want Connection, Clarity, and Confidence. Parents right now are looking for more than quick tips. They want a place to ask questions, understand their child’s development, and feel supported. When you teach the deeper why behind movement, sensory development, and early brain integration, you become their trusted guide.

A weekly or monthly mommy and me group lets you create connection while positioning your practice as the go to resource for brain-based development. This is how long-term relationships are built.

If you want the starter guide so you can launch your own group with confidence, comment MMG or DM me.

Here we go!! WEEK TWO OF THE HOLIDAY PRACTICE PREP AND ABUNDANCE COMING YOUR WAY!! When I first started practicing, I didn’t grow by running ads or pushing promotions. I grew because I spent time exactly where my ideal families already were. I showed up in moms groups, I hosted little community workshops in coffee shops and yoga studios, and I created regular safe spaces where parents could come, connect, breathe, and feel seen.

Those early groups built the foundation of my entire practice. Parents trusted me long before they ever became patients because they knew I understood them. They felt safe with me. And when they were ready for help, reaching out felt natural because we already had a relationship.

This is why creating a Beyond Milestones Mommy and Me group is so powerful. It is the simplest way to start building trust in your community right now. Parents do not just need milestone dates and charts. They need a brain-based understanding of development and a place where they feel supported, not judged.

Your group becomes that safe space. It lets you lead meaningful conversations, build authentic relationships, and position yourself as the person they turn to when they need clarity.

Visibility can feel overwhelming. Post more? Do videos? Do events? Partner with everyone? No. Not for 2026.

Your goal is not to be everywhere. Your goal is to be everywhere your ideal client already is.

Inside this challenge, we are taking your list of where they go, who they trust, and what they value, and turning it into a simple visibility plan you can actually follow.

One intentional partnership each month.
One aligned community touchpoint.
One clear message that positions you as the Whole to Part leader in your town.

One predictable plan that builds momentum instead of draining your energy.

If you want the worksheet that maps this out in under 20 minutes, grab the 2026 Prep Bundle. Comment 2026 or DM us.

Stop Guessing What Your Community Needs

One of the fastest ways to burn out is guessing what your ideal client wants and creating content or offers that do not land. You do not need to guess in 2026. You need a clear map of what matters to the families you serve.

What challenges are showing up right now for the kids and parents you love to serve?
What questions are they already asking?
Where are the stress points?
What do they value most when choosing care?

When you know these answers, everything becomes easier. Your message is cleaner. Your marketing is smoother. Your community starts saying, this is my chiropractor.

If you want the prompts I use myself in practice, they are inside the 2026 Prep Bundle. Comment 2026 or DM me.

A lot of docs hit December thinking they need to do more next year. More is not the answer. Intentional is the answer.

This week I am breaking down the four steps we use inside the FOCUS Academy and New Family Practice system to help you get clear, confident, and visible for 2026.

Fresh eyes on your ideal client.
Understanding where they go, who they trust, and how they make decisions.
Practicing Whole to Part communication so your message actually lands.
Preparing your visibility so you feel like you are everywhere they already are.

This is simplicity on the far side of complexity. Small prompts. Big clarity. A real plan. If you want the 2026 Prep Bundle, comment 2026 or send me a DM.

Most providers hear this and think behavior problem.

FOCUS-trained providers hear it and think: capacity limit.

The kid who holds it together for 7 hours of cognitive and sensory demand, then collapses the second they see their safe person? That’s not manipulation. That’s a nervous system hitting empty.

They’re borrowing capacity all day. By the time they get home, there’s nothing left.

Your clinical question isn’t “how do I stop the meltdowns.” It’s “where’s the gap between what their environment demands and what the tools they are using to meet the demands?”

Ask parents:

- What time do meltdowns happen? (Predictable = capacity issue)
- How long to recover? (Regulation speed)
- What actually helps them come down? (Their hierarchy of tools)

You’re not treating behavior. You’re building capacity while teaching parents how to bridge the gap in the meantime.

This is the functional approach. And it changes everything.

Type “CAPACITY” if this just reframed how you see after-school meltdowns.

Tell us in the comments: What’s the one line you feel like you said 100 times this year in your adjusting room? 👇🏼

And if you want 2025 to feel less like guessing and more like “I know what this behavior is telling me,” that’s literally what we do inside Focus Academy.
