Healthy living starts with what goes into your body on a regular day to day basis. Trying to stick to a balanced diet can be tough. I work hard to make well balanced meals, that are also affordable for the everyday person. Focusing on easy to do ideas… I do a little bit of everything meal wise. I do a mix of vegan meals, pescatarian and meats. I try hard to ensure all my meals include a fresh veggie side. Balanced amino acids in combination with healthy fats.
