Friends, I’m so excited to share my latest creation with you! This oil-free, gluten-free, plant-based lasagna is bursting with flavor and wholesome ingredients. We are using gluten free pasta, topped with kale ricotta, fresh zucchini and savory mushroom and oil free marinara sauce. Comfort food, and oh so delicious! 😋

My Story

I’m extremely passionate about a plant based diet as I have seen first hand what it has done for my own health as well as others. I have received my certification from Dr. Mc Dougall’s Starch Solution Program. My focus now is to help you achieve and thrive on a Plant-Based diet while teaching you culinary techniques on how to prepare meals using fresh, whole foods that are salt, oil and sugar free. It is simply healthy cooking made delicious and easy without compromising flavor. I have lost over 115 lbs. and I no longer take any medications. I have been thriving on a plant based diet now for over 6 years and have more energy now than ever before. It has become a lifestyle. I now do private coaching as well as cooking classes once a month. Freedom has never tasted so good.
