Today the students in class came in exhausted…
Not because they had been working too much or playing to hard… because our world has been exhausting lately💕❤️
🙏we are all in need of a slow down
✨we all deserve to rest
🙏it is a time of deep release
✨where are we holding? where is it safe to release?
We moved through these questions in class today slowly, deliberately, softly.
Making space for what is arriving
Grieving what is gone
Giving ourself a chance to rest in both

This year we went to a quiet pumpkin patch, no hayride, no bounce house, no endless line for apple cider.. we didn’t even wear flannel!
There is something soothing about taking things easy, letting things be, and enjoying.
Returning to Joy, is a practice I am taking very intentionally as of late.
Sounds, smells, sensations that return us to that pure joy, the slowness that life can be…
A bit of Peace

Experiencing gratitude can sometimes feel like pressure..we can only experience the quality of gratitude when we have the space to appreciate what is there.
Finding gratitude in small things has been my practice as of late, spending time slowing down, noticing.
✨One of my students used the word savoring… We can savor some space between meetings to step outside,
we can savor a deep breath,
or a gift.. Like my dandelion bouquet 💐 picked by Hiro 💕💕
It’s ok if gratitude isn’t always easy.
It’s also ok to savor the small stuff 🙏🏼🙏🏼
