What have I been up to? Reading, reading, reading topics of Midlife evolution. Love these articles and research. Here is a remarkable quote I want to share with you - speaking of being proud being a woman!

What a lovely way to look at the topic of Midlife changes.

I am all excited about sharing an approach for women to recognize the advantages of Midlife crisis - being close to, into it already, or past it some time ago. As James Hollis in his book The Middle Passage: From Misery to Meaning in Midlife states "Indeed, suffering seems a prerequisite for the transformation of consciousness.... Authentic suffering requires encounters with dragons. Inauthentic suffering implies flight from them."

If I may add - I have experienced myself the truthfulness and wisdom in the above statement. It's a pain in the ..... but oh the results of staying determined brings the most wonderful solutions to live life well and satisfied as never before (from an adult perspective).
