Mindfulness in Edinburgh was created by Tim Hyatt. Tim has worked in the health and wellbeing industry for over 10 years. In the last few years he has particularly focussed on emotional health, balanced with physical health and nutrition to attain overall wellbeing. Tim has practiced and benefitted from a daily Mindful practice for a number of years and is qualified as a Mindfulness teacher delivering the Mindfulness for Life 8 week course. Mindfulness for Life is an in-depth introduction to mindfulness that draws on the best practices from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as well as the Eastern mindfulness tradition. Mindfulness in Edinburgh recognises the importance of a daily mindful practice, however also promotes the benefits of incorporating Mindfulness into daily activities. Tim teaches Mindfulness to adults in health clubs throughout Edinburgh as well as to Corporate clients. In 2017 Tim will be running a series of one day retreats in a beautiful rural setting for both beginner and experienced practitioners.
