Educate yourself on what your body needs, so that you’re not always judging Food and you have a decent relationship with it.Carbs should make up approximately 50% of your macro needs, obviously varying person to person.Choose whole grains over white when you have the option.

✔️Corn is a grain. Corn tortillas are considered a whole grain.

✔️whole grains are an ideal carb because it keeps the fiber and other nutrients from the plant and it’s not bleached.

✔️ If your tortilla chip is whiter than another it’s not because it’s unhealthy. It’s because it came from only corn and not other grains.

This is nothing new… Research shows us that people with higher self-esteem and positive self talk reach their goals, quicker and more efficiently. not to mention it’s freaking exhausting putting yourself down all the time. Your 🧠 is listening… what have you been telling it lately?

FOOD REVIEW
5 ⭐️ for taste
4⭐️ for nutrition. ~ I like the calorie to carb ratio for this light snack! And I like that 21 of them are serving… Makes you feel like you’re getting a lot. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it says it includes Chia, quinoa and flax… But there’s a trial amount in there.

Have you tried these before?? What do you think?

I just love looking forward to the new trends of what we are supposed to do to keep ourselves healthy.Let’s face it if we didn’t have gimmick there would be no way for them to profit off of us!1. No, I do not think sea oils are bad. You can read my latest blog. https://www.nutritionista267.com/post/the-hype-around-seed-oils-are-they-really-that-bad-for-you2. Please do not stop doing cardio because you think it’s bad for your cortisol and your body is going to hold onto belly fat!3. You should not be adding salt to your water unless you are an endurance athlete or are instructed by a healthcare professional to do so.4. There are so many healthy ways we can be decreasing inflammation. Do we really have to be taking ice baths?
