Thanks and appreciation to those of you who seek to maintain civility and reason.

It is axiomatic - whether negative words and actions are against Biden, Trump, or any other individual or group, the result is negative consequences to the one who is the source of such - intending to criticise, condem, or impugn. Sorry, but that is fact.

Perhaps the reason, "Self-Control" is listed as the final of 9 Fruits of the Spirit is because it is the most difficult for humans, on their own to maintain.

We tend to be emotional beings. Our collective news and social media have been all about instilling fear for decades. And it is paying off. The individual has choice - and, whether consciously or unconsciously - our behavior has consequences [and not always immediately - which is why we tend to forget this universal law].

My counsel is to focus on something you like, and be about re-focusing as often as possible, when you find yourself reacting, rather than responding.

It seems only reasonable, that, as I process new information and integrate them with previous beliefs - I use less formulaic processes and practice fine tuning to the situation of each specific client.

One Size does NOT fit all - yet the operational accessing of what I call GRACE is the end result - of more than a few practices. Although the processes are different, many result in measurably similar brainwave patterns and magnetic signatures of heart generated energy. . . And positive, improved circumstances.
