I was so grateful for the way they boosted my energy, helped me sleep, and supported cellular health, I wanted to share them with everyone I knew. Thus Sweet Comfort Essentials was born. I live in Falls Church, Virginia with my funny Valentine, my golden retriever pup, Franny. I'm happiest with a cup of British tea and a good book (and I've written a few of those myself).
