Question: Does insurance cover Homecare services?

Answer: insurance (including Medicare) only covers Homecare physical therapy if you are home bound and if they feel there is a skilled need. Transportation is not a consideration.

Physical therapy tip of the day:
Posture, posture, posture!!! The aging process will happen to all of us. This includes degenerative changes in your spine. Don’t wait until you have bad posture or spinal kyphosis. Good posture means strong and stable scapular and postural muscles. This is an easy fix: Head up, chest out should be your mantra now. 🙌🏼
