Just take a breath.

You don’t need to rush forward.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You’re allowed to pause, to feel, to simply be 😌

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop for a moment & listen, to your thoughts, to your heart, to that small, steady voice inside that’s still here 🫶

So today, instead of rushing into what’s next, try asking yourself:

✨ What do I actually need today? (Not what I “should” do, but what do I truly need?) 🤔

There are moments in life when we drift quietly from ourselves…

Not on purpose.
Not because we don’t care.
But because we’ve been coping, caring, & carrying on, & in doing all that, it’s easy to forget who we were before the noise 🙉

But that part of you…the one that laughed more freely, breathed more deeply, & dreamed more boldly, she’s still there.

So today, take a breath.
Drop into your body,
& gently ask:

✨ What do I miss about me?
✨ What would make me feel more like myself again?
✨ What tiny moment of happiness can I claim today, just because I can?

Let that be enough for now.
No pressure to fix or change everything.
Just a small, sacred pause to reconnect with what matters most to you 💖

You made it to Friday, & honestly? That’s something to celebrate 🥳
Not in the big “let’s go out!” kind of way (unless that’s your thing), but in the quiet, grounded, “I’ve kept going even when it was hard” kind of way. That deserves a moment of recognition 🎉

If you’re waking up this morning feeling flat, worn out, or like you’ve been running on autopilot all week, I hear you 🫶 But here’s your gentle reminder, you’re allowed to reclaim your energy 🙌

Not what needs ticking off the list ✔️
Not what others expect from you 🙈
But what you genuinely need, deep down ❤️

Is it a pause? ⏯️ A cry? 😭 A hot bath? 🛁
A quiet space to just feel what you feel without having to fix it? 🙏

So often we rush past that inner whisper in favour of “just getting through,” but tonight I invite you to slow down for a moment & really check in with yourself ❤️

There’s so much wisdom waiting in that space & you’re allowed to respond to your needs without apology 🫶 xx

Maybe this week started with energy, plans, & good intentions, but somewhere along the way, things started to feel a bit off 😕 Maybe your mind got busy, your heart a little heavy, & suddenly you found yourself questioning everything 🤔

If that’s you today, please know that you’re not alone in feeling this way 🫶 You don’t need to brush it off or pretend you’re fine. You’re allowed to slow down. To breathe. To cry if you need to. To stop holding it all together for everyone else. Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is simply admit: “This is a lot right now” & that’s more than ok 🫶

That gentle sky, the stillness of the water, the soft colours rising, it’s a reminder that you don’t have to rush into the week with full force. You can begin gently & take it easy 💕

Let this be your permission to ease into the week with softness. Your nervous system doesn’t need more pressure, it needs calm….So take a moment to breathe in peace, & breathe out the pressures of the week ahead 😮‍💨

If you’ve had one of those weeks, the kind that drains you before it even hits Wednesday 😣 just want to say…you’re nearly there 🫶 It’s Friday & I know you might be waking up feeling already tired, emotionally stretched, or just counting down the hours until you can rest 😴

So here’s your reminder: you’ve done so much more than you give yourself credit for. You’ve carried on, even on the days it felt like too much….& today? Just go gently. Breathe a little deeper, speak a little softer to yourself, & know that relief is on the horizon. Rest is coming. You’re allowed to look forward to it, & you absolutely deserve it 💕 xx

Ever get that feeling where your chest feels tight, your thoughts are racing, & you can’t quite catch your breath? When everything feels just a bit too much? One of the quickest ways to ground yourself again is with a simple technique called box breathing.

Here’s how it works:

💕 Breathe in for 4 seconds
✨ Hold for 4 seconds
💕 Breathe out for 4 seconds
✨ Hold for 4 seconds
💕 Then repeat

Do this for a few minutes & notice how your body starts to soften. It’s like a reset button for your nervous system — gentle, effective, & you can do it anywhere. Even one minute can make a difference 🫶

Try it the next time you’re feeling overwhelmed — or even better, make it part of your daily wind-down. You deserve to feel calm in your body again ❤️ xx

Good morning beautiful souls 🥰

I just wanted to pop on & say a big thank you to those of you who checked in on me recently, I see you & I appreciate you more than you know, you guys are awesome 🫶

Facebook has been playing up for me (& still is a little tbh!), which is why I’ve been quiet on here. Messenger especially has been acting a bit strange, so if you’ve messaged & I haven’t replied, please don’t think I’m ignoring you, I promise I’m not! 😁🙈

Texts, emails, etc are all working fine so feel free to use those if you need me, & if you want to book in a session the website is running like usual 💕

Look at her. Curled up on the sofa, pen in hand, letting it pour out. Not for anyone else, this is purely for herself, because sometimes the thoughts get too loud. Too heavy. Too much 😣

So she writes. Not because it fixes everything, but because it frees her ✨ & maybe, just maybe, you need that today too 💖

Feel your shoulders drop.
Feel your jaw soften.
