Dr. Robert Turner, B.Sc., M.D., F.R.C.S.C. has become the most recommended Board Certified Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon serving Winnipeg. Dr. Turner has been in private practice since 1996. His current clinical practice is devoted 50% of the time to cosmetic surgery, while the remainder is comprised of general plastic and reconstructive surgery.
