It’s a little thing, but scents really do uplift my spirits so I make them a part of my every day routine.

But scent is more than just a fun ritual, using real plants oils and clean plant based products has made a significant impact on how I feel. I don’t use synthetic scents any more.

I’ve been an essential oil user for about 10 years now and switched out so many toxic products over the last decade.

Now I try to keep ingredients clean and simple!

I’m grateful every day for the health I have now and I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. 🌱🙏🏻💙

It’s that time of year! Always better to be prepared for things like coughs and sore throats rather than be caught without tools to help! Raise your hand if using essential oils for SLEEP made you a believer 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏾

There are lots of oils that can help in this area and it may take some experimenting to see what works for you. But we can tell you that the most common two faves for solid all night long sleep: Lavender 👏🏻 and 👏🏻 Cedarwood 👏🏻 Diffuse them, roll them on your body, make a pillow spray out of them…

Super easy natural deodorant spray (that actually works!)

In a spray bottle combine:
•2 oz magnesium oil
•15-20 drops essential oils of choice (we used equal part ylang ylang and vanilla!)

Shake and spray!

Shelf life: 6 months

Note: magnesium oil may sting the first couple uses. Totally normal and common in those who are magnesium deficient (likely 75% of people aren’t getting enough!)

I just shared a bunch of other essential oil combos over in my stories on ! My husband started using magnesium oil awhile back after he struggled to find a natural deodorant that not only worked, but didn’t cause sensitivity! This changed the game for him! A couple months ago I decided to try it too and was shocked at how well it works. It’s not actually an oil (so won’t stain your clothes). Oils are optional, it works well just on its own!

Magnesium is also fantastic to use for all kinds of things like sleep, muscle cramps, anxiety, pms, migraines, and more so it’s a win-win 😉
