Let’s continue focusing on the positives:
❤️ executive functioning/life skill building
❤️supporting each other on the journey
❤️discussing strategies learned and applied
❤️sharing aspects of life with ADHD and ultimately finding joy in them

This aligns with the idea that every day is an opportunity to appreciate the good things, even if they seem small or fleeting. They stack up!! Keep up the great work ladies!!
