🙂 Almost halfway through the book!...good place for a pause.
2025 is here...and Winter is Real!
So, instead of a "resolution", what would you like more of going forward? What would you like to focus on?
You might start by reassessing what you are passionate about. What activity or work makes you feel good?/lights you up? What are you good at? Then, lean into or expand those things...your strengths.
(Maybe, you just want more peace/quiet time.-Focus on how to do it.)
Sure, you can set a new goal(focus) like wt loss or more exercise or quitting smoking. Just know that creating a new pattern can be bumpy...and it doesn't mean that you have 'failed'.
If you are driving across the country to CA, have you 'failed' when you are in Topeka,KS? No. Life is a journey. You get to choose the detours to try. If you look around, You could appreciate your efforts/where you are Now (Topeka or dieting)
If you follow the path of your passions and strengths, you'll generate good feelings...which are the fuel for each day.🚗
Replace resolution with ReFocus.
And, Focused Gratitude onto what you want more of, pre-paves your trip 🌎 Focus on how you will feel along the way, and when you arrive!

I believe in you! Keep practicing better feelings, to make each day less bumpy. Keep moving 🙂 You Can Do It!

🤚...Anyone else get sick recently? Winter Has Arrived! (though we Have had it pretty good!) Stock up on your nutrition, supplements, and self-care!
Before we move on, I want to join and send our collective prayers/actions to those affected by the fires in CA, and for the on-going needs of those in NC and surrounding areas. 🙏🏻💕💕💕🙏🏻

So,....To sum up this last chapter, Remember that you get to choose your Beliefs (thoughts you repeat) so choose Positive!
Positive Beliefs lead to more positive thoughts, feelings, actions, and outcomes. You will feel Better!
Be and Stay Aware of your Soul Truth; it's your realignment with love that is your freedom, your medicine, and your healing.
(Get back IN there!) 😊
You Are Love. Knowing this, eases our challenges. We came here to learn to Find and "stand our ground" of resilience/alignment.
Be that Palm tree. Keep Practicing. Keep Praying (for self and others). Stay in Peace🌴..thoughts about the new year/intentions to come....

--Jumping in/Checking in between these holidays to see how you are doing!? Riding the waves?🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️ --Getting back to your 'Peace Place"? ...I hope so...
It can take some purposeful pivoting of your thoughts/your focus to find what feels better--but it IS possible!
Even just getting outside or listening to music that soothes you or lights you up, starts momentum in a different direction...And now to #3 in a series of 3 Practical Ways to Change how we feel: Catch and Stop All Negative Self-Talk and Pick up Forgiveness.
I don't think any of us would 'beat up' a best friend as we do to ourselves.... often in our quick reprimands or ruminations.
There is no "Other"--so Do to You as you would your dear friend.
Let go of a grudge, a lack of forgiveness, an imperfection, or an action that doesn't define you. Forgive yourself and others; it's all the same. Don't drag the baggage💼 or the ties that bind you to the past or to someone else. It's too heavy, and gets in the way of feeling good. God isn't asking you to carry any of it. You are an extension of Love. Love forgives--Actually, Love Loves...and sees no need to forgive. There's a Love bomb! 💖
Love yourself to Your Freedom! Yes, it can take practice...but practice is what we Do 😊 We all Practice. Just reach for "better".

Next--we will put these chapter points together, and look to the New Year a bit.

...🤚How are you doing?! I know it's Holiday Hustle time, but I hope you are taking those moments to Stop-Breathe-and express Gratitude for a few minutes to clear and elevate your Energy!
⭐️...Another way to create positive change in how you feel and in your life,... #2).... is to Speak Positive Affirming Statements. Start with " I Am..." which activates your energy of creativity; your life force. When you Speak them, FEEL them, and say them with strength and conviction.Some examples: "I Am...capable, confident, productive, happy, content, peaceful, kind, a helper, a good friend, forgiving and free, strong-minded, grateful, healthy and healed, divinely guided, enough.
Make up statements that work for you and repeat them!
Your mind and body are listening to the words you are sending(💕)....and so is the Universe that matches your energy intentions.--You are creating your outcomes.-- Put your Stakes in the ground!😊You are Not a victim, you are a creator. Most often, we just didn't know, and sometimes we forget.🙃
Positive changes are in your hands...and in your Words. Speak wisely and lovingly to yourself🙏🏻 You are Love- and we are One.

...Here I am :) ...I hope you are well! Summer, sadly, ended with the passing of my dear mother 😔 , and many family changes that took me away in different directions. Life is change...
In fact, we Left Off talking about making Our Own Changes in our Beliefs, Thoughts, Emotions, Actions, and Life. I list 3 practical ways to these changes in my book (that we are going through).
#1: GRATITUDE--STOP, BREATHE, GRATITUDE.
Instead of Stop/Drop/ and Roll when you are on fire, Stop, take 3 deep Breaths, and Think and Speak what you are Grateful for whenever you feel stressed or triggered. Appreciate Everything (even the small stuff).
Gratitude softens and elevates the emotions of anger, fear, frustration, anxiety, and loneliness. You can feel more Peace.
Gratitude is healing medicine that has no negative side effects.
It is wise to practice SBG in the morning, mid-day, and evening.
It will set a positive tone for your day and is a great way to enter into a restful sleep.😴
Remember, What you Focus on gets BIGGER!
Gratitude and Appreciation are the quickest ways to change your focus and how you are feeling. It's a skill we can Practice. ⭐️

Summer is fleeting by with busy weekends!
I hope your self-acceptance and care are still in the mix :)

Now.....you can address thoughts and feelings that you would like to improve.👍 Your Beliefs create your thoughts and feelings. Conscious or unconscious, Beliefs are just thoughts that have been repeated/learned. Beliefs create Thoughts-which create Emotions-which create Actions-which create your whole Life.
So...We become what we Believe, about ourselves, others, and our lives. Beliefs can be changed.
Think about and challenge What you believe and Why you have come to your beliefs. Is it true, or was it your interpretation from an experience that isn't relevant today?
You can choose a New Belief Now. Change your channel of thoughts and practice new ones. New feelings will emerge.
Improved feelings will lead to better choices and actions that support your happiness...and your life!
It's a Law of life. Life is an evolving Practice. Keep going! :)💕

👋...Just returned from hiking in Beautiful Jackson, Wyoming. The Teton mountains, lakes, waterfalls, woods and wildflowers were amazing! Keeping that Heaven on Earth within me :)Have you been there??
Anyway, ....Back to the book! .......
I want you to Know that Change IS possible, it's Not as hard as you think, and I Know you can Do it! It just takes pivots and practice. When you stumble, brush it off, and please get back up.
Practice self-acceptance and nourish your soul with kindness and compassion. It's not selfish...it's Healthy. Share yourself from a "cared-for" cup. Here are some ways to love and care for yourself:
-treat yourself as a dear friend
-add healthy self-care practices
-laugh and have fun
-live in your integrity
-be with kind supportive people
-let go of negativity
-set healthy boundaries
-speak up for yourself
-focus on the good
-remember your truth, and be grateful.
That "future you" (that you are creating) is depending on you Now. Walk in kind, respectful, compassionate self-care. Your "future you" thanks you! 😊--and in the Big picture of connection...We ALL Thank You! 💕☮️

Ok...moving along...So you Know who you are...the pure energy of Love. Got it? Now let's remember this when we fall to criticism and judgement of ourselves and others. The human experience is not perfect. Accept, Forgive, Let go, move Forward.
You are good enough for you (and God) just as you are. You can change self-critical thoughts and words to those that are kind and compassionate as you would offer a dear friend. It just takes a momentary correction and repetition.
You are Not your Thoughts....But you Are in Charge of them! :)
Self-Acceptance (a piece of God) & Self-Love are essential parts of your journey that affect your health, relationships, finances, and your whole life.
**Practice kindness to yourself. **
**See the Goodness in your efforts**
Smile & let it Be. You are Valued and Loved--head up, shoulders back 👍💕...🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

...Ready?...Here's a Treasure Chest of Truth...Love Is Who We Are. We are each a Divine thread in God's tapestry.
Self-Awareness and Unconditional Self-Love bring the Freedom, Healing, and Peace we All seek.

"We are each an individual, yet we are each a connected expression of one love. It is unhindered self-love, expressing it's own unique beauty, which is the miracle for all forms of problems and disease. The energy of love is healing. Seeing and respecting the inherit goodness in ourselves and others is oneness."
I'm not referring to arrogant, narcissistic love, but rather the pure energy of love and truth that you Are.
Stand in THose Shoes! Aware...Love...One.

Hey there :) Did you practice pivoting your thoughts? Did you notice that you felt better? I hope so🙂 Keep up the good work!
Moving on in "Awareness"...Did you know that you're Not alone? We can often feel alone, separate from others and even from God as we try to navigate our life story. But You are Not your story (small self), You Are a beautiful Soul (your True identity) being guided by love to awaken to this truth. Didn't say the path to remembering was easy.🙃 In our misunderstandings, we may fall prey to negative influences/circumstances in an attempt to 'feel better'. It can be bumpy out here. I just want you to know that you can choose to adjust your vision to who you Really Are; a Soul, a valued and connected piece of the whole. We are all Connected and we are Never alone. If you're not sure, just ask God to show you....then open up--look, listen, watch and feel.....☮️💕

...Both my course and my book begin with the section, "Awareness". Continuing in the book, I confirmed that life IS Indeed "hard" and can often feel like a struggle...a Maze. We adjust, keep moving, and re-navigate.
We can assist ourselves by realigning our thoughts; choosing thoughts that support us and create a more positive perspective. These "tasks" (repeated), are as (more) important than the life tasks we fill our time with. Higher Energy Thoughts ease your path through the maze. (you will find your way through as you follow along🙂) You will also pick up some Pearls...Here is today's: Life is a process that you can change for the better!
**Try practicing to pivot your thoughts to get to a better feeling place daily. What do you choose to focus on to get there?

...So HOW do you break old habits of Focus and Belief that limit you and keep you stuck on "Replay"?...You just Start...like walking...walk your Thoughts.
Change is going to happen with or without you, so why not put out some energy in the direction of what you prefer, what you are Choosing? It IS worth the effort to feel better, happier, and healthier. You just need a Desire and a Will to move and to Press "Play".
Practice pivoting from looking at things you don't like about yourself, your circumstances, and others, to listing what you appreciate, are grateful for, and prefer for yourself, others, and your life. Small steps, practiced with persistence, create big changes!...Keep Walking...😊☮️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
