🙂 Almost halfway through the book!...good place for a pause.
2025 is here...and Winter is Real!
So, instead of a "resolution", what would you like more of going forward? What would you like to focus on?
You might start by reassessing what you are passionate about. What activity or work makes you feel good?/lights you up? What are you good at? Then, lean into or expand those things...your strengths.
(Maybe, you just want more peace/quiet time.-Focus on how to do it.)
Sure, you can set a new goal(focus) like wt loss or more exercise or quitting smoking. Just know that creating a new pattern can be bumpy...and it doesn't mean that you have 'failed'.
If you are driving across the country to CA, have you 'failed' when you are in Topeka,KS? No. Life is a journey. You get to choose the detours to try. If you look around, You could appreciate your efforts/where you are Now (Topeka or dieting)
If you follow the path of your passions and strengths, you'll generate good feelings...which are the fuel for each day.🚗
Replace resolution with ReFocus.
And, Focused Gratitude onto what you want more of, pre-paves your trip 🌎 Focus on how you will feel along the way, and when you arrive!
