1. Giant salad + make-your-own veggie kebab with tofu, peppers, mushroom, onions, tomatoes, and pineapple!
2. Salad + tofu triangles, rice/quinoa, edamame and peanut sauce!
3. Rice, beans, mango salsa, corn salsa, tomatoes, guac, salad!
4. Noodles, peanut sauce, lemon tahini sauce, lo mein sauce, teriyaki tofu cubes, salad

📍Kenyon College campus in Gambier, OH!
💃3 days filled with camp like activities, art classes, writing classes, improv, hiking, yoga, cooking demos, eating, laughing, playing, dancing!
🏠campers stay in air conditioned housing
