She is FINALLY headed to trial. I really hope this fairs well for her. School systems need to wake up and take the necessary actions to protect their teachers and other students from students who have a track record for behavior problems and present true "red flags". I don't know what the answer would've been, but I DO know that this could've totally been prevented. Wow!
