My name is Sara, I’m a twenty something northerner living in the south with my two cats and the love of my life. In 2010, I set out on a journey to gain knowledge and the truth about health and beauty. I started my journey in the Autumn of 2010 and have been continuing my journey since then! I am very health conscious and am constantly learning and growing when it comes to finding out what it is we’re really putting on our skin, as well as what we’re eating. It’s been a slow baby step process where I started choosing organic foods and then as I got my footing just right, I stepped into the world of natural and organic bath and beauty products — ever since, I won’t ever go back. Somewhere in between my natural body soap and my face wash, I decided for my health to go gluten free. My journey in that department happened in the summer of 2011 and was a brave step for me to make. After my mothers own journey on the gluten free road (and a family history of Celiac disease/thyroid disorder) and with all her success, I decided to bite the bullet and throw all the donuts in the trash. Now, not only am I choosing safe products… I have to make sure they’re both free of gluten as well. I use nothing but brands I can trust and feel comfortable with using and I want to share my trails and excitement with you all!
