Join us for Moon + Stars Co’s special one-year anniversary event designed to take you on a complete sensory journey!

💫 The Lunar Eclipse in Ta**us is all about activating your senses, indulging yourself in self-care and treats, and grounding. Moon + Stars Co is partnering with to bring all of those sensations to life in an evening of relaxing yin yoga, sound healing, massage, a live musical performance, and tasty Ayurvedic treats.

Nyssa Berman - Massage Therapist

💚 Ta**us is linked to the Heart Chakra, so Suzy will guide the group through a Heart Chakra-themed restorative yoga sequence focusing on long holds that use pillows to make the practice extra rejuvenating. Nyssa, our featured massage therapist for the evening, will walk around to enhance the experience with hands-on massage assists as you rest in the pose. As you rest, Sydney and Matt will play sound healing instruments including crystal bowls, a steel tongue drum, tuning forks, and chimes. The practice will end with an extended Savasana where Sydney and Matt will perform a live moon lullaby. After class, tasty Ayurvedic snacks will be served at the end of the practice to engage our final sense - taste.

✨ Yin Yoga + Sound Healing is a monthly event by Moon + Stars Co. Each full moon is different and themed around the chakra being activated during that moon phase. If you can’t make it this full moon, mark your calendars for the next event on December 8th for the Full Moon in Gemini ♊️

Eclipses are energetic crossroads of transformation and new beginnings. The effects of this eclipse will be felt for the next six months; this virtual Astro-Tarot Circle is intended to connect individuals from across the globe to set intentions around the powerful themes of this astrological event.

This workshop will include:

Meet the Hosts:

Sydney is a tarot reader and sound healer who creates soothing environments curated for individuals with turbulent pasts to feel present and relaxed by stimulating their parasympathetic nervous system. She provides tools and frameworks to integrate the experiences into their daily lives. Sydney has multiple yoga certifications, has been reading tarot for 5 years, and has over a decade of music training.

Chiron is a transformational coach who guides frustrated and burnout individuals who are in high stress environment to optimizing wellness and life performance by transforming stress responses. His certifications include Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, Evolutionary Astrology, Nature Connected Coaching, and the LifeLine Technique. Using his multifaceted certifications, he has created his signature system, LifeQuest that is regarded as "the true essence of self care" by his clients.

Still coming down from this magical weekend at the retreat in Beyul 🏔🌻💫

I’m so grateful to have been exposed to the nourishing world of contact improv; it has been such a healing movement form for me. Diving deeper into the practice with this wonderful community and studying with incredible international teachers was so very special.

🌷Day 6 of is any bind 🌷

Before this challenge, it had been months since I had practiced Bird of Paradise. This was probably the first time I had attempted it in a good 3+ months. Although I haven’t been practicing this pose, I have been doing a lot of strength training and active stretching, which directly translated to accessing this standing balance with so much more ease, openness, and balance than before. This is just a reminder that strength training and active stretching are great compliments to a yoga practice 🧘🏼‍♀️
