Making each of these ahead separately and then simply reheating gives you freedom to eat well even when life gets busy.

I'm not talking about some Marathon prep day.
The chicken breast has been in the freezer for a few weeks.
The greens were cooked as part of breakfast a few days ago.
The risotto was prepared for a birthday dinner over the weekend.
They all wait patiently until you are ready to enjoy them together.
