Yesterday we took our kids on a field trip to Old Salem Museums & Gardens.

What intrigued me the most was the doctor’s house. In the 1700s they used, yes, arsenic, tar and borax ☠️ to “treat” people , but also natural medicinal plants; like chamomile, lavender, peppermint and clove.

I find it fascinating that 300 years later God’s nature and creation is still the most powerful thing we can use to heal our bodies! 🌿🙌🏼
