Eve Florou

Eve Florou Psychotherapist & Integrative Counsellor & Family Systems I am Eve Florou. I met my husband and knew he was the one after just 27 days of dating.

It's a pleasure to share a bit more about myself with new and dear followers, and reaffirm my affection for those who are already part of this journey. 💖✨

I am someone who seeks constant evolution, shaped by the powerful process of self-awareness and analysis. Initially, I was unaware of my unique sensitivity, but after a valuable journey of discoveries, I found the strength not only to embrace m

y singularity but also to use it to positively contribute to the community around me. This is one of my life purposes: to inspire the understanding that we are all unique and capable of positively impacting the world if we know ourselves and empower ourselves for it. We married in 3 months. After 5 years, adjusting to the role of a wife and building our family foundation, we decided to have our Olivia, and after 5 years, we had our Dominic. I love nature, believe in its profound wisdom, and see the connection that our minds often fail to perceive due to constant busyness. I am a devotee of laughter and am part of a family of four women united by strong bonds and frequent laughter. We are partners in every endeavor, regardless of size. As a Libra with Aquarius rising, my life is permeated by the number 9, a curious synchronicity that I approach with curiosity. My purpose is to help others know themselves. I believe in the power of the individual, collective, and familial unconscious to strengthen and enrich our lives when understood. I convey a message of hope, reminding that every difficulty has a solution. I believe in doing our best and trusting that Life will assist us with what is beyond our reach. I believe we are all interconnected, and our actions impact everyone. I am Greek and a philosopher at heart. Did you know that psychology has its roots in philosophy? Dedicated to bringing knowledge to achieve a fuller life, helping you not only understand yourself but also recognize life as a gift. My commitment is to assist in understanding your inner universe, connecting the fragments of life experiences. Through paradigm and behavior transformation, I encourage the transition from the belief that life simply happens to us to the active authorship of our own story. Together, we will explore paths that lead to a more conscious and fulfilling life narrative. I have a sense of justice and believe that healing also comes through it, which is why my first formation was in the legal field, where I worked extensively in Family Law and other sectors. However, after completing a cycle, development should occur through psychotherapy and integrative therapy. I have already helped hundreds of people have a much better life with less pain and more joy and maturity. I assist with immigration cases, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, couples, ADHD, and highly sensitive people. As Jung said: know all techniques, master all theories, but when touching a human soul, be just another human soul. I love science and always base myself on it, and also the part of the heart is in everything I do. Both must walk together. And with much gratitude, I contribute to you, and you to me. Now, I would like to hear from you, to LISTEN to your story, what you most want for your life, and what your biggest challenge is. Share with me, and let's together strive for a much better life!

Knowledge is a magical key that sets us free! ✨

By understanding who we are and acknowledging our limits and wounds, we can avoid much of the pain that afflicts us. It’s common to feel like we’re losing people when we start to understand ourselves better because we begin to reject what harms us. But know this, some relationships may seem healthy until we discover what truly benefits us.

It’s important to be in environments that make us feel comfortable and happy so that we can flourish. Taking care of oneself isn’t getting lost; it’s simply finding what’s best for us.

Do you truly know yourself?

Self-awareness is the key to unlocking the door to your most sacred relationship: the one you have with yourself. As we delve into the depths of our own essence, we connect not only with our inner being but also with the vast world around us, which we shape with our perceptions. It is in understanding our own feelings that we truly begin to comprehend the impact they have on our lives.

The more we deepen our understanding of our mind and soul, the less likely we are to encounter conflicts, both internal and external. Self-care emerges as a loving and essential practice, a celebration of the being that we are. Have you been dedicating yourself to the journey of discovering your true essence? ❤️
