Coming soon, a two week collaboration between People's Community Acupuncture Collective and Dragon Longevity Qigong healing!

You may get one or both of these sessions on upcoming Wednesdays June 25th and July 2nd. (To receive acupuncture you must schedule through the PCAC website or the QR in the flyer. No appointment is required for Qigong therapy or auricular acupuncture.)

Qi Gong Healing is practitioner-channeled energy work to restore the harmony of mind, body and spirit. The Qi Gong healer clears away the shadows cast by toxic thoughts and emotions, allowing energy to flow freely.

In the old days acupuncture and Qigong healing were one modality. Somewhere along the way there was an unfortunate separation.

In this collaboration we are bringing back the old ways. Connection, Unity, and Healing. Three well trained practicioners, Thomas, Taylor and Chris coming together bringing ancient wisdom for modern wellness.

‘Taking a Load Off The Mind…. And Gut’

Have you ever heard someone say this after a p**p:

“That’s a load off my mind!” 😁

Have you ever noticed that the bigger the bowel movement the better you feel afterwards? That’s because of the gut-brain connection, known as the gut-brain axis. Pooping also stimulates the vagus nerve and helps relax the mind and body. I personally believe that the biggestt culprit behind ADHD is due to a poor gut/brain connection, and it’s especially common in kids because of how hard it is to get most of them to eat healthy. They like junk food. But so do adults, which could be why so many adults feel like they have ADHD, even if they haven’t been diagnosed with It. In most cases, it may not be something that requires meds, but a change of diet and lifestyle. Good colon and gut health is essential for brain health and to clear brain fog.

I take a magnesium supplement at bedtime and a probiotic in the morning. I also sometimes eat a few slices of pickles to clean out the pipes. Also, drinking garlic water in the evening after dinner and before bed can help clean out the bowels, and is a good anti-inflammatory, and anti-parasitic. It helps with gum inflammation as well. In the morning, fill a reusable bottle with water and put about 3-4 cloves of garlic in the water. Press a fork into each piece of garlic before putting it in the bottle. Damaging the garlic releases the allicin, which is the healing component. Cap the bottle, and let it sit out at room temperature all day. Sometimes I make the next day’s bottle in advance too. No need to refrigerate it if you’re drinking it that night or the next.

Another reason ADHD is so common in school aged kids these days is due to inadequate water intake, and a lot of these kids drink water sparingly because the teachers make a big issue about letting them go to the bathroom. But then the schools want to call the parents complaining the kids may have ADHD and should see a doctor to get meds. That’s their solution to ADHD: put the kids on meds so they don’t disrupt the class and aggravate the teacher. Why isn’t the solution to encourage healthy diet and more water intake and allow them to use the restroom as needed instead of treating them like indoctrinated slaves that can’t even have autonomy over their own body and bodily functions? The thing is, you can’t encourage these kids to eat healthier, like more fruits and vegetables, without also encouraging more water intake as well. Fiber needs adequate water to move through the colon.

In this day and age, we have so much information and know how we can make our schools better and have healthier kids, so why are schools not applying that knowledge for the sake of having healthy, focused kids that are excited to learn, create, and innovate? There is also a lot going on with the energy component in schools and the upgrades in technology, the increase in electromagnetic energy these kids are exposed to, as well as the human energy they’re exposed to, a lot of which is toxic. Toxic kids that are the product of a toxic home environment and unhealthy parents. Every thing is energy. How many parents have noticed that their kids come home from school or call you to come pick them up, complaining of headaches and stomach pain?

Now, consider how doctors were finding Covid 19 in stool samples and in the gut of a lot of people. Covid has an affect on the gut brain connection. I personally believe the reason the Ivermectin was working for many people is that it is an anti-parasitic medication. You have 400-700 lymph nodes on the body and about half are in the abdomen. The lymph system filters out parasites, viruses, bacteria, and infection. So, was it that the Ivermectin was helping to clear out the lymph system, especially in the abdominal area, and then it was being eliminated through the bowels? I believe so. Now think about the kids that have a sluggish bowel system because they aren’t drinking enough water and eating enough fruits and veggies, and how they’re surrounded by more electromagnetic energy than ever, as well as the energy of all the kids and teachers, many of whom are still stressed from the pandemic drama. Everything is energy, and energy needs to move. This is one reason that the few schools that have those foot swinging bars connected to the desks are finding it’s helping kids. These kids are being bombarded with enormous amounts of electromagnetic energy and human energy and then told to sit still for 6-8 hours a day.

These days most of the kids in the classrooms have cell phones, so do the teachers, and then there’s all the extra school computers, laptops, and iPads. Many of the classrooms have blinding white florescent light bulbs that are hurting their eyes and making the headaches worse. When you consider all of this, is it any wonder why you’re seeing an uptick in ADHD, stomach issues, and headaches among school kids? We are living in an upgraded technological age, and we need to make sure the schools are aware of the health implications on children and are making accommodations to make the school environment more hospitable. Otherwise, you will see more and more parents pulling their kids out to homeschool or send them to private schools.

We cannot keep upgrading the technology on this planet without addressing the impact it has on human health, especially the health of children. As the technology changes we should be tweaking our lifestyle and health practices to be able to withstand those upgrades. It’s kinda like how you can’t install the latest operating system on a computer or phone that’s over ten years old without the system crashing. The human brain is a lot like a computer, and the human body has an electrical system that needs water and good earth and sunshine energy to function as the perfect machine God intended it to be.

God created the earth, the cosmos, humans and animals to flow in perfect harmony in a symbiotic relationship that humanity has been so detached from for so long. I have a theory that ancient humans that were nomads and lived off the land probably had no environmental allergies. What if the reason modern humans have so many environmental allergies to the outdoors is because the earth sees them as a foreign invader, and the human body is so used to spending more time indoors that it processes nature as a foreign invader it needs to fight off?

These things are just some food for thought. We need to be able to change and pivot in an ever changing world, especially when it comes to these kids that are the most vulnerable to these changes. However, the plus side is that kids are also the most resilient and adaptable, especially when we make the necessary societal changes to support that evolution. So, let’s take a load off the minds and bodies of these kids and make the necessary changes to facilitate their good health and evolution. These are the future innovators and foundation of our country. Shouldn’t they be a higher priority?
