DIVAs, a brilliant friend and business mentor of mine shared her story on social media today and I had to borrow a quote that she wrote because it spoke to me. I have encountered a lot of unhappy women over the past several years, including myself and have even had the opportunity to help guide a few as they left their jobs without something else lined up. They are doing fabulous now, I am doing great, we are doing amazing.......Why? Because we are loving ourselves, recognizing our value, and not settling for mistreatment or manipulation in the workplace.
