2. Stay Positive - Like any journey, there may be some pitfalls along the way but don't give up! I have never seen a boxer enter a ring without people in his corner... Make sure you keep people in your corner that are there to root for you when you may fall. Life doesn't have 12 rounds, you keep fighting... You will never hear the bell.
3. Stay Physically Active - Do not let this step become a chore, have fun with it. I'm sure each person can find a physical activity that will agree with their lifestyle and schedule. There are so many ways to stay active without stepping foot in a gym. Walking can be the best exercise not only for your body but for your mind.
4. Control Stress Level - Stress is something that we all have experienced in life. It is caused by an unbalance of our lives physically, mentally or emotionally. The reason I say control stress instead of release it is because stress can be used to perform under pressure and for some people motivate them to do their best. You have to balance stress because your body and mind was not meant to perform at this "emergency" mode full time. It is important to practice stress relief exercises.
5. Be Patient - Cultiv8myLife is not a trip, it is a journey. You will not reach your destination overnight. Enjoy the scenery and the relationships that you develop along the way. You may want to start recording your daily successes and challenges in a journal for reflection. Your journal can someday be something you may want to share with someone who may be facing the same challenges that you conquered.
