When I tell people not to eat too much carbohydrates, alot of you will start saying that you can't do without carbohydrates.
Too much of carbohydrates will deal with you.
Even a biology student understands the end product of carbohydrates.
And that is why you are always feeling tired, sleepy, shaky, with palpitations few hours after meals—, and even on the verge of fainting.
See, this isn’t just a random occurrence; it’s a glaring sign that something is deeply wrong.
You need to think about what you are that makes you feel that way.
You’ve just triggered a spike in insulin, making your blood sugar high, only for it to crash two hours later, leaving you with these debilitating symptoms.
You may feel it's normal but it's not.
It’s a warning.
You’re on a dangerous path, barreling toward diabetes, and heart disease.
That your favorite food packed with high carbohydrates and sugar, is setting you up for disaster.
Is better you take action by cutting down carbohydrates foods.
If you must eat it, let it be very little with lots of vegetables and proteins.
And stop dismissing these symptoms as normal.
They’re not.
They’re a wake-up call, and if you don’t answer, the consequences will be irreversible.
