COVID is a killer – and so is Cancer.

Don’t forgo your checkups because you’re afraid of catching the coronavirus. If you have cancer now or have had it in the past, here are some things you need to know:

💉 Get yourself vaccinated with either Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

💉 If you recently had cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy), you may wait until your immune system has recovered before you get vaccinated.

💉 Immunocompromised individuals are recommended to get an additional vaccine dose and a booster shot.

💉 To help protect people with cancer, it’s vital for loved ones and caregivers to get vaccinated too.
