Take yourself to an oasis of flavors with this sweet, yet tart, tangerine punch. It’s so delightful, you might find yourself on a beach in paradise.

Ingredients
1 quart lemonade
3 drops Tangerine oil
1 cup orange juice
2 cups tropical frozen fruit

Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour juice into pitcher or cup.

🍃I am sure many moms can relate to the problem I used to have!
Severe hair loss after having a baby is no joke, but after 6 kids it’s even scarier!

🍃About 6 month ago I decided to really work on my hair, and the results are so good that I have to share it with you all!

🍃So there are several things that I have been doing constantly.

🍃First, I was consistently taking dōTERRA Life Long Vitality Vitamins!

🍃Second I am using doTERRA Shampoo ( infused with Wild Orange, Lime) and Conditioner (infused with Lavender, Peppermint, Marjoram, Cedarwood, Lavandin, Rosemary, Niaouli, and Eucalyptus helps keep the scalp looking clean and healthy).

🍃Third I am massaging my scalp 3-4 times a week with doTERRA Root to Tip Serum!

🍃Last, but not least I created a blend of essential oils customized for my hair type. I add a drop of that mix to my shampoo every time I wash my hair!

🎀One thing that I am teaching myself right now is to find time in the morning to glorify the CREATOR and meditate on his word!
Motherhood season is very busy ,but it is important to find a minute and refuel ourselves, so we don’t burnout. ❤️
I’ve learned it hard way! It took me a while to recover from a physical damage that happened to my body as a result of not setting away some time for myself!
Take a good care of yourself so you may be able to care for your family. ❤️

It’s so great that DoTERRA provides me with a literal spa kit.😂 Tonight I had an epsom salt bath with Rosemary, Melaleuca, Cedarwood, Lavender, and Deep Blue. I refreshed my face with the Reveal Facial System, followed by my all time favorite Yarrow/Pom and Rose.
