Today I pulled a card to see what I need to be told and to have something to meditate on throughout my day. I pulled this,and I love this card and the message that it seems to shout!!

As my grandad used to say, moderation is the key to all. We live a blessed life when we stop, listen, and appreciate the world around us.

In the stillness between earth and heaven, held by the moon and the sun’s energy, we find a balance where all elements provide exactly what we need for support.

Accessing this energy is easy; it's always available but do we? Or do we rush around, unaware that the magic is around us? Unaware that the key to living is balance?
Harmony? As within, so without?
Would that end our wars? Wouldn't the world be a better place if we slowed down, breathed in the harmony, stopped to align our chakras, connected to heaven and earth, and acknowledged mother earth and father spirit before rushing about our day?.

Today, if you are reading this or have seen the card please take a breath with me.
Breathe in the healing energy of spirit and breathe it through your body with the intention of balancing your chakras and energy field. Then, take that breath all the way down to Mother Earth, give gratitude for your breath and slowly return to your day noticing the difference made by taking that pause, that breath and the acknowledgment of the connection you have made. You feel it?

It was so beautiful celebrating in our gathering the start of the Year of the Fire Horse, the eclipse, and the powerful New Moon in Aquarius.

 The energy feels electric — like something is shifting, after a long period of choas and/or stagnation.

Today, I pulled a card that perfectly captures how I’m feeling about this new year for all of us: ~The Star.

In this card, the woman is emerging from the stars — and honestly, it feels like that’s you. Stepping into your light. Becoming more visible. Being seen.

It’s like the universe is finally responding to the wishes you’ve been quietly creating over the past year. You’ve faced challenges. You’ve learned the lessons. You’ve been stretched, maybe even bruised… but not broken. And now? You’re ready to claim what’s always been meant for you!!

This energy is full of hope and Inspiration. It’s the beginning of healing, renewal, and actually stepping into and owning in the future you've been creating that you so deserve.

We’re stepping into the flow of life. Into new beginnings.

Harnessing that Aquarian visionary vibe — optimistic, forward-thinking, trusting what’s ahead.

Lovely to have some time in the sun 🌞 enjoying . A lovely reminder to be aware of how we walk apon this magical world and what energy we emit... peace within peace without. It really brings home that ~ "we have to be the change we wish to see in the world"

Yesterday the sun was shining, so I sat outside ~ as I pulled back the curtains on the terrace this big brown grasshopper was sat watching me.
Do you read into spiritual signs ?
I do, so I felt this little fella was telling me to ground, to feel the stability supporting me as there are changes ahead. His eyes were so big and still...so maybe just sit and take in all that's around me before I leap/hop forward in life ♡ whatever the message was he was lovely entertainment whilst chilling in the garden!!!
