All proceeds of Saturday’s holiday themed class at will be donated to the Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund. Hi-Wire is also accepting donations of canned goods, toiletries, etc. Swipe for a list of items being collected.

Yoga in the beer garden is back at Fermental this Sunday 11am! I will have the pleasure of teaching the first two classes of the series as they will be my last two before I pack up the moving truck. It’s been such a thrill to teach here the past year and all over town the last four years. I am so thankful for fantastic partnerships and students that have made every class an opportunity for learning and growth. 🙌Good news alert🙌 I'll be offering Hatha yoga every Monday at 8pm for the next nine weeks via Zoom! Feb 1 through March 29💕

Hit pause on the week's most chaotic day and make space for yourself and a little movement. This class will focus on gratitude, grounding, and the basics of the physical yoga practice.

$12/class or $90 for the whole series.
