Late Summer Mindfulness & Yoga (Indian Summer) — Celtic Autumn Abundance
As blackberries ripen in the hedgerows, we slow down to receive the season’s deep nourishment.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the Earth season — a time to strengthen the stomach and spleen, replenish energy, and reset body and mind.
