Even though I (Suzie) will soon be going on maternity leave and our online shop will be closing temporarily (catering bookings still open), I’ll still be serving Cacao at a few more events before the new little one arrives. We’re very excited to be hosting a Cacao and Dance event with the Wild Hub on Saturday 22nd February 6:30-9pm (and hopefully another Cacao and Songs with Dilraj in March).

I’ve personally found the combination of Cacao and intuitive dance to be powerful and transformational, and can’t wait to share this synthesis with you all. The evening is intended to help shake off the cobwebs of Winter, release tension and stagnation, and bring feelings of inspiration, freedom and vitality for the new season approaching. You definitely do not need to be a ‘good’ dancer. It is more about discovering how your body wants and needs to move, and you can keep your eyes closed if you’d like to!

We’d love to hold this outside in nature but it’s still very cold at nights, so Cacao + Dance will be held at South Lynn Community Centre, to keep us warm and give us plenty of room to move! Link in bio to book or dm us.

Winter evening of Songs and Cacao on Friday 10th January 6:30-9pm (arrivals from 6pm). A cosy and conscious start to the New Year. We’ll begin with singing led by Dilraj to open our hearts and lift our spirits. Then we’ll move into drinking a warming cup of cacao, being led through gentle intention setting, and into a relaxing inner journey guided by Suzie. We’ll finish with a grounding and connective song, and optional sharing.

I’m so excited to be cohosting this event with an old friend and Kundalini teacher 🖤

Join us on Friday 13th December 7-9pm for a cosy evening of songs and cacao, just before the Full Moon and Yule. We’ll begin with singing led by Dilraj to open our hearts and lift our spirits, before drinking a warming cup of Winter spiced cacao, and being gently led on a relaxing and restorative inner journey guided by Suzie. We’ll finish with a grounding and connective song, and optional sharing.

Yule or the Winter Solstice is a time when the Northern hemisphere of our planet is as far away from the sun as it could possibly be. It is traditionally a time of witnessing the darkness of the longest night, celebrating the return of the sun, and seeing what you are incubating in the fertile darkness of Winter’s dreaming. It is also a time to celebrate and strengthen our inner light, which can help keep us going through dark times.

Our next cacao ceremony will be held on the Autumn Equinox, held in the roundhouse at FenZen on Sunday 22nd September 2024 from 3-5pm (arrivals from 2:45pm). The peaceful wild landscape of is perfect for plant spirit journeying.

When mindfully consumed in ceremony, cacao can work a unique and subtle alchemy of inner and outer transformation. During the ceremony, you will be guided into an introspective and meditative space to help you calm your nervous system, connect with inner guidance, process emotions and challenges, and receive wisdom and creative inspiration.

🌞 Imbolc blessings 🌞

Our Earth Shop is now open for orders again and we will be adding more herbs + products over the next few weeks.

Here’s one of our all time favourite treats that you can order online. These tahini, dandelion, and rose brownies are delicious, fudgey, and deeply nourishing. Made in small batches by Suzie using ceremonial grade cacao and the highest quality sustainably sourced ingredients, and lots of loving intention.

The homegrown raspberries add pops of sweetness that balance the richness, as well as antioxidants, vitamin C, manganese and vitamin K, vitamin E, B vitamins, magnesium, copper, iron, and potassium. Tahini brings creaminess, along with replenishing protein, B vitamins that boost energy and brain function, vitamin E, which is protective against heart disease and stroke, and important minerals, such as magnesium, iron and calcium. Dandelion root and miso add depth of flavour, whilst helping to replenish and rejuvenate the body through supporting the detoxification processes of the liver. The ceremonial-grade cacao adds its own special alchemy. Cacao triggers the release of dopamine, helping sooth symptoms of PMS, fatigue, and depression. It is the only plant found to contain anandamide, which is known as the ‘bliss chemical’ as it is linked to feelings of joy. It also contains the ‘happiness hormone’ serotonin, as well as the mood-enhancing amino acid tryptophan that is essential for serotonin’s production in the body.

You can keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 3 months (if they last that long!). Gluten free, organic, seasonal, fairtrade, vegan, zerowaste.
