I’ve been MIA recently because I’ve been working so hard, and it’s been so busy at work that I’ve been going in early and coming home late. So I’ve not prioritised my fitness or diet.

Hoping to get back on track soon and in better spirits!

It’s 6.30am and I am in the airport. I’ve wrecked my back and I am dosed up on painkillers... if any of you can recommend stretches I can do that will loosen the muscles in my lower back I would be really appreciative! I feel it’s only going to get worse after this flight!

I’ve hit a bit of a bump this weekend with my food but on the plus side I am still going to the gym! Next week is going ...

This is no doubt one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve ever made! Yes, it’s a little high in natural sugars, but lately I’ve had the biggest sweet tooth!

These pancakes are made from 2 eggs and 1 banana. And I added chia seeds and some shredded coconut!

Topped with Alpro Soya Vanilla yogurt, some honey and some grapes!

Best breakfast ever and it’s clean!

Slowly losing the weight and becoming more active! Also trying to do this while addicted to the Gilmore Girls.. which is hard because they’re always full of coffee and bad food! 🙄 and yet always so skinny... the world of showbiz 😂👌🏻

Anyway! Trying as best I can, this week has almost been a right off but I’m about to take it back!

Stay focussed!

Honestly that’s all this is, every picture you see on social media might not give you the whole truth... in this picture I look like a have a flatish stomach... the reality? I don’t!
Don’t always believe every post you see and don’t beat yourself up when you see other people looking “perfect” on social media. Half the time it is down to filters and photoshop and all the angles!
Tract your own progress and don’t measure yourself against anyone else!

Breakfast!

Green smoothie bowl! Pineapple, banana and spinach!! With a little dash of coconut, chia seed and blueberries! Also I threw in about a tsp of supergreen powder for extra vitamins and fibre! Absolutely amazing smoothie bowl! It kept me full for so long!

Down 1kg folks!! Let’s keep it going?

Sweaty gym session was complete in under 40 mins! Also here is my food last night and tonight:
Chicken, mushroom, tomato, peppers, grains, and some baby spinach with a dash of Apple cider vinegar and lemon! So tasty!! The only thing different tonight is I’ve added a bit dressing!!!

It did help me push myself more during my workout and today I am sore but I think maybe I should have eased myself in and only had half the recommended amount. I have ordered myself some from MyProtein
