Morning everyone🌞
I'd like to introduce you to one of my amazing members Katie!

Katie,having lost several stone by herself at home wanted a little help to get to her dream weight after having her 2 beautiful sons! At Pentre group Katie is the life and soul of the party and not a week passes where she doesn't make the room burst into laughter! She truly is a delight and inspiration to have in group and her honest and helpful approach to things always cheers up the darkest of days. After her amazing 6 stone weight loss Katie is a mere 3lb from her dream target weight where she will join her father and brother in the list of target members here at Pentre group, I hope she continues to grow in self confidence because I'm sure you will all agree she's looking a million dollars!! 🔥🔥

Group is held every Tuesday at 6 pm in the Oasis Church where you can meet like minded people and have a cuppa and a laugh:)
