Our goal is to provide sustainable recurring income for providers who are in mid-career or semi-retirement working in mostly rural settings. Federal Healthcare Services grew out of the idea that there is "A Better Way to Live" for burned out mid-career healthcare providers! Our company's goal is to provide sustainable recurring income for providers who are in mid-career or semi-retirement. What sustainable means to us is working in truly low volume patient care environments which are in mostly rural settings. Because military providers often have experience providing health care in challenging environments we encourage providers with a military background to apply. However, we welcome all competent providers who are comfortable working in rural settings . In summary, providers who work with Federal Healthcare Services enjoy the benefits that come with:

-Low volume facilities
-Block shifts of up to 7 days
-Working at a variety of sites in beautiful areas of the country
