Do you see why alot of people with ulcer, run away from taking oranges?

Best Time to Take Oranges (If You Must Take Them)

Because oranges are naturally acidic, they can irritate the stomach lining for some ulcer patients. However, if you tolerate them:

✅ Take oranges AFTER meals
— preferably 30–60 minutes after eating, when your stomach already has food to buffer the acidity.

Avoid Taking Oranges:

❌ On an empty stomach
❌ First thing in the morning
❌ Late at night
These times increase acid irritation and can worsen ulcer pain or burning sensation.

It can happen suddenly — you stand up, and the room starts spinning 😵‍💫.
Before you freak out, here’s what to do ⬇️

💺 1️⃣ Sit or Lie Down Immediately
Prevent a fall! Lie flat and raise your legs a bit to help blood flow to your brain.
💧 2️⃣ Rehydrate or Eat Something Sweet
Take small sips of water or a quick energy source — fruit juice, banana, or a little honey. Low sugar or dehydration could be the cause.
🌬️ 3️⃣ Breathe Slowly
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth to calm your system.
👕 4️⃣ Loosen Tight Clothing
Give your body space to breathe — especially around your neck and waist.
🩺 5️⃣ Check Your Numbers
If possible, check your blood pressure or blood sugar — they might be too low.
🚨 Seek medical help immediately if it lasts more than 10–15 minutes, or if you feel chest pain, weakness, or confusion.

✨ Stay hydrated, eat regularly, and rise slowly from sitting or lying positions. Your body will thank you. 💚
