Raise your hand if you are busy...๐ค๐ผ
Hi, hello, I see you...EVERYONE is busy in their own way, right?!
I hear so often that people donโt feel like they have the time to workout, to eat healthy, to do personal development, or to start their own side hustle.
I want you to think about this though...do you spend time each day scrolling on social? Chatting on the phone? Watching Netflix? Online shopping?
I know you do, because I do too!
But a few years ago, I decided to allow myself to do those things AFTER I had taken time for myself, my health, and my business.
That meant I woke up a bit earlier to get in my 30 minute workout. I spent 30 minutes planning meals on weekends so we could eat healthy and not spend so much money eating out. I listened to podcasts while I folded laundry and did dishes. I worked my side hustle during nap time instead of watching a show.
In the beginning, I didnโt think I had time for these things, but with a few small changes, I realized how much time I really did have. And once I started feeling amazing and seeing results in my body and my bank account, there was no going back! โ๐ผ
