Gluten free ricotta pancakes!
Or should I call them ricotta hotcakes? 😅
Doesn’t matter because they are simply delicious!
Easy to make, you can serve them for breakfast or as a snack.
Here’s the recipe:
•1 ripe banana
•1 egg
•3 tbs ricotta
•1 tsp stevia powder
•2 tbs rice flour
•Pinch of baking powder
Mix all the ingredients and bake on a non stick pan medium heat.
To serve you can use any topping you want.
I served them with peanut butter some walnuts and forest fruits.
