INGREDIENTS:
4 slices thick-cut bacon
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 lbs.)
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. ranch seasoning
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
Chopped chives, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
1๏ธโƒฃ Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, flipping it once, which should take about 8 minutes. Once done, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the skillet and discard the rest.
2๏ธโƒฃ After seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until it achieves a golden color and is cooked through, approximately 6 minutes on each side.
3๏ธโƒฃ Lower the heat to medium. Sprinkle the chicken with ranch seasoning and add a layer of mozzarella on top. Cover the skillet and allow the cheese to melt and become bubbly, which should take about 5 minutes.
4๏ธโƒฃ Just before serving, crumble bacon and sprinkle it along with chives over the chicken.

When you educate yourself around the foods you eat, what foods contain which macros and micros, how food makes you feel and what foods to prioritize for your goals, you set yourself up for living in the body you want forever.

No, you donโ€™t have to get a nutrition certification in order to master this for yourself
But you do need to pay attention and be an active participant in your journey

Learning what foods work best for you and your current goals
Leads to empowerment and mastery on your journey
