A little throwback that popped up in my memories today.

7 years ago at the Fullarton Market with my chalkboard sign:
“Every organ is connected to the one under your hat.” 🧠✨

We were Chiro on Unley back then, but the message hasn’t changed. Your brain runs the show, and chiropractic helps it do that amazing show with less interference.

Big plans, great people & one very cute honorary board member! 🤩

This weekend, the board came together to reflect on the past year, fine-tune our mission, and map out what’s ahead (Watch out for Convention 2026 🤩).

I joined the board in October and already feel so lucky to be working alongside such a passionate crew. And, of course, August made sure to contribute with plenty of cuddles!

Here’s to a big year for ABC in Australia! 🎉

Embracing student life vibes this morning ✏️

Playing catch-up on my Academy of Chiropractic Philosophy assignments but I'm determined to stay ahead this year. Loving this course as it challenges me to redefine my practice, delve deeper into Chiropractic philosophy, and amp up my communication skills. Its currently feeling pretty good to be doing structured study again 📖

Oh hey! 🙋‍♀️

A little update for the next two weeks.

I am heading off to my brother's wedding in NSW, so will be away from Friday 6th of October! I’ll be back at the tables Tuesday 17th. ☀️
Dr. Patrick (aka my usual chiro crew buddy) is also off at chiropractic seminars.

So we have organised my good friend to cover us both while we are away! She is a great chiropractor and I'm very excited to have her join the crew for a little while. 😍
