Discovering Health Healthy Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle Welcome to my FB page, established 2011. My name is Deborah Engle Albrecht. Either way, the experiment was a success.

You'll find lots of info here about the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. As an trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I'll be bringing you interesting and actionable ideas to help you take your own lifestyle to the next level, one small healthy step at a time. I view every day as a new experiment in my personal quest for a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes the experiment teaches me to continue pursuing a new approach and sometimes my body tells me to change it up again. It's the "trial and success" approach to learning, listening to your body and making choices that work for you. Because everybody is different! Feel free to ask me questions or give me feedback. Offer your own advice. What makes you stronger can help others to be stronger. It's time to make the world a healthier place...for everyone! Good food (and healthy choices) really does love you back.

Nice tip~ 🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍑
If you eat fruit, don't throw seeds and kernels in the trash. Wash and dry them. Put them in a box and put it in the car. When you're on the road, throw them through the window in places where there are no trees. Nature itself will take care of them. Or throw it out during a walk or bike ride. This practice has been around for centuries in Asian countries. That is why their fruits are now growing everywhere. I would like to add that I have seen a similar phenomenon in Slovenia. While walking through the forest on the slope of the mountain around the city, I was surprised to find apple trees, apricots, plums and pears growing in the forest. Just pull and eat as much as you want.
