Evergreen's wheatgrass is field grown in the sunshine from a sprout into a deep leafy green vegetable Wheatgrass thrives in the great outdoors.

With a long growing season it has time to soak up nutrients from rich organic soil, and absorb energy from real sunlight. It grows beyond the sprout stage maturing into a vegetable. This allows the simple sugars to mature into complex carbohydrates, giving our wheatgrass a smooth mild taste, and a balanced nutritional profile. This is wheatgrass the way it was meant to be.
