Happiness and joy relaxes and reduces stress. That's why it is important to incorporate as much of it in your life as possible and make more conscious choices of what really aligns with your core values. β €

To do so, we need to create more awareness around our selves. Just like joy and happiness, all transformation starts with opening up our conscious mind, to look and reflect on our thoughts and actions. β €

Ask yourself:
* What are you actually doing each day to manifest gratitude, joy and happiness in your life? β €
* What can you start doing more or less of each day to create more joy?
* How could you prioritize your day differently to find time for the things that bring you pure joy? β €
* How can you choose to see things differently to live in a more joyful state? β €

Remember, this is your work and what makes someone else's soul happy might not work for you. Take time to reflect and write down the moments you felt pure joy. When, where, why and how was that? What triggered that joyful moment? β €

Self worth comes from within. That’s why healing your inner child, and your child hood trauma is so important when taking back your power and nourishing your self worth back to health.

Understand that this low self worth of yours is most likely caused by loved ones that you trusted, that did not value you true authentic self and the skills you brought to the table. Knowing this will help you see that your self worth is tied in to others opinion of yourself.

Once you let others opinions dictate what you should and shouldn’t do/have/be you will se how your whole perception morphs into clarity. To have self-worth is to see your worth when maybe no one else does. It’s to understand your value no matter what others think. It’s to know you deserve better - in fact to know you deserve the best.

To gain self-worth:
1. Understand that you truly don’t need others options to define you.
2. Start treating yourself as if you deserve the best (how would that look like?)
3. Give yourself compliments each day, and make sure to acknowledge what you think your doing well.
4. Give yourself time to find your inner most authentic voice.
5. Be kind and patient with yourself.
6. Treat yourself with respect and forgive your past self.

Self-worth is not proving yourself every day in action. It’s accepting who you are, faults and all and still believing you deserve to be loved, to be cared for, and to live the life you always wanted.

Take back your power right now by saying the following - I am worthy of a beautiful life, and so that shall be my path forward”.

Have faith in the universe my friends, because it will never disappoint. What is meant to be in your life will come, all you need to do is focus on staying true to yourself, you needs, desires and wants.

Stay present and in tune with your inner guide and let your blessings rain over you like a beautiful monsoon. Just remember that sometimes blessings also come disguised in difficult situations, people and feelings. Just trust that they are there for a reason - to guide you to where you were actually meant to go.

We all want beautiful and fulfilling lives no matter how that may look like. The problem is though that it only stays a distant dream if we don't break it down into smaller, more useful actions that we can implement each and every day.

When we look at our vision of what we want to have/become/do it is crucial to ask ourselves the questions I posted above. Each day makes up your life so each day needs to involve some actions that contribute to moving forward in the quest of your dream life. Without mapping out small and reasonable actions steps to become a part of your natural routine the further away your ultimate vision of what you want will be.

Okay guys! Now it's time for change am I right? Grab a pen and paper and start answering the questions. You will soon see how your seemingly minor efforts every day will build to big achievements and results.

Got anxiety? Try this.

Now and again I suffer from anxiety attacks. The anxiety builds over time and you feel frozen, scared and handfallen. I got this trick from to just repeat these three sentences as you go through your day or when anxiety starts to build. To live with Anxiety is no joke so every little trick up my sleeve I want to share with you guys!

Repeat after me:

I am okay
I am safe
I am loved

It reminds you that everything is okay, to physically start breathing again and that it’s possible to shake it off. It’s a reminder for yourself that you are strong, capable and can manage every situation. You are going to be alright.

When you need to - Take three deep breaths and repeat these three sentences.

Anxiety is a tricky thing but you can recover from it, lessen the intensity and be free from the paralyzing effects it has. It’s not a straight road for anyone but it can be done as I know from my own experience. Choose what’s best for you because you are meant to live your life to the very fullest, however that may look like. Maybe you are dreaming of traveling to world or buying that little cottage by the water you always dream of. Maybe you want to write a book, become more present, or become the person you always wanted to be, the person your present self would be at awe of.

You deserve all that and you CAN have that with the simple solution of making the right choices, the right choice for you. The choices that take you in the direction of where you actually want to go. It’s simple but it’s not easy. Making that long term choice is not always what we want to do when something else more fun and short term satisfying come knocking on the door.

But we have a choice. And not making a choice is also a choice. So go out be aware of all the choice you make and become aware of the consequences of every choice. That’s the solution to living your truest and best self. If I do this that will happen, or at least the probability increase or decrease.

What choices are you going to make today to move you closer to your best life? 😎 I know for me it’s going to be to move my body, enjoy every meal like it’s my last, and not let lack of motivation come in the way of getting what I know will benefit me and my work done. I know you will crush it!

Happy Earth Day! Just wanted to commemorate the day buy giving you some doable tips on how to become more environment friendly. Just keep it simple so it doesnt get to overwhelming. One persona cant do it all but we all can do something right :)

Tips to do for a healthier planet:

1. Eat more plant based farming has an impact
2. Fossil fuel - drive less choose to walk or bike.
3. Don’t buy bottled water at te if not needed. Drink from the tap or make it yourself at home.
4. Don’t buy plastic one-time utensils and/or straws. Always keep utensils or straws handy in your bag mad from recyclable material.
5. Use a fabric bag when shopping instead of buy a new one every time
6. Shop as local as possible. Go to farmers markets and support you local industries.
7. Be mindful of what you buy and waste. What can you make at home versus buy in the store?
8. Be mindful of where the fabric comes from when shopping for clothes. A great tip is to buy second hand. And if you want to make some extra cash sell what you don't need.
9. But Most importantly. Support our governments that needs to make these important decisions for our planet. Be aware of who you vote for and who will support our earth in the long run.
10. Avoid products with palm oil in it. Palm oil is a big reason for a lot of rainforest being cut down and destroying our planet.
11. Donate what you can to organization that support and help protect our planet
12. Don’t let the tap run, take shorter showers if possible and turn off the lights when leaving the room.

At the end of the day we need to become, including myself even more mindful of where you unnecessarily waste both money but also resources. Are you excessive in clothes, food, water, electricity, toys? Where can you become more mindful?

I know I need to do better. Hope you guys have a wonderful Saturday and take your own personal responsibility not just today but for the rest of the year of how you want to impact not only yours but all of our futures! I have some bad and good news!

The biggest lesson I have learned is that no one can really save you except for you. I know, I wish there was a night in shining armor sometimes that could just come and take all the pain away. No one else can put in the work, sleep for you, eat for you, drink for you, move, think or Believe for you... except, guess who? Yep, ÝOU! Now to the good news! This also means ... you don't have to wait for anyone to do better, feel better, and heal yourself. The great news is that you can do it. You can heal yourself, all by yourself! Isn't it fantastic?

Have you ever wondered how you got yourself in this mess in the first place? How you got to where you are? How you could fall into the same traps...again? and how can you get yourself out of there? How can I break free from this fear of food, my weight, and myself?

This is what the Truly You Membership site will be all about. I still deal with letting go of the thought of perfection but I am Making PROGRESS. And that’s the point isn’t it. To let go of the beliefs that says that you need to live perfectly to live in alignment. This is a trap that will ultimately do the complete opposite in moving you forward to live in a more fulfilling and balance existence.

Our lives are not meant to be lived perfectly but in constant progress. Things take time and that’s okay. Just like nature doesn’t rush her creation, you shouldn’t either. Throw out time limits or age goals for when we β€œshould” have figured things out or when we β€œshould” be living our perfect lives.

Let that go. Live everyday with a purpose and start there. Be passionate everyday and you will eventually figure it out.

I mean, what is perfect anyway. Stop putting that enormous pressure on yourself and start living more in the present moment. The more you force yourself to live β€œperfectly” the more you miss out on life and the people around you.

Stop. Check yourself. Breath. Say - β€œEverything is happening exactly how it’s supposed to.” Now let go and trust. The Universe has an amazing and unique plan for you. Your job is to stop and listen for directions by staying present and accepting Growth over perfection.

Be brave enough to be bad at something new. I know from first hand experience that starting something new is scary. It’s intimidating and a can become a threat to our idea of ourselves if we are β€œbad” at something. We then tend to immediately label ourselves as a failure, as hopeless and if worst comes to worst we start questioning our self worth.

But we all were beginners once at something we now master. How you chose to look at your efforts will either make you or break you in pursuing your dreams and goals for yourself.

You will fall down, you will fail, you won’t master it right away, you will have to push through even tho it feels hopeless but you WILL get better. One day it will just say click and suddenly you are the master of what once scares you to even try to accomplish.

Trying something new is how we explore our selves, how we leave what we love to do and what we are capable of doing. It builds your confidence and if you are luck lead to more beautiful relationships and happy moments in your life.

It’s time for change! You have nothing to loose only knowledge to gain by being brave enough to be bad at something new.

No matter what - Always be your self. However we do have many different types of personalities with in us. We act a certain way towards different people, we have a professional side and a personal side. We have the warrior and the child sides of us etc. That’s normal. We aren’t just completely the same all the time. It’s not only normal but a necessary aspect in social interaction. To find out more about This check out about fragmentation.

Now, how do you stay true to yourself even though you have all these sides to you? How do You do That and still have These different personalities? The answer is - By always staying true to what feels good in your core. What that means is that you choose your behavior from a place of love and not fear. Fear is what makes us act out of desperation and anxiety. This usually creates a behavior we end up dissatisfied with, and we feel we have β€œlet ourselves down”.

We can feel when we are acting out of fear as we can feel it deep down that it doesn’t feel right, we feel trapped and out of control, creating more anxiety and frustration around who we are and what we do.

Instead, ask yourself the following any situation:
- I’m a being my truest self?
- Am I acting in alignment with what I believe in and in accordance to my values?
- Am I acting out of fear? (Aka trying to avoid Anxiety, uncomfortable feelings or situation)

All your personalities and who you are can align with your most authentic self if you start asking yourself these very questions. You will be surprised how often we take action from a fear based mindset.

Be kind to yourself and try this little exercise this week. Are you ready to be your truest self? Give me a hell yes below! πŸ€—

Staying present in the present moment is an art in its self. It takes some determination and commitment to keep reminding yourself that the moments that our lives are made up of never gets to be relived again. It’s the one thing that makes life special and precious but also the one fact that sums up how important it then is to be here and now.

By staying present we can also enjoy our experience and make the most out of them. It lets us be in a relaxed state of mind - open to input and understanding. It also helps us get in to the state of flow of what we are doing. Weather it’s planting a flower, writing an article or just hanging out with friends it brings us to the state of alignment, unblocking our abilities and being our very best at that specific instant.

Stay present. Enjoy the moments you get to experience and you will see the most beautiful potential you can unleash within you.

Bring light in to your life by giving yourself a break. Sometimes overwhelm kicks in and you feel completely paralyzed doing anything. I know, I have been there many times. One thing I do when that happens is to give myself a break, mentally, emotionally, physically and just ask myself what would I love to do right now. Without pressure, without any β€œmusts” attached but just choose anything that would bring you pure joy.

For me relaxing and healing is being in the ocean. It completely changes my state of wellbeing and helps me change my perspective on things. The ocean has such amazing healing powers. It really does feel like all your troubles just wash away and you start thinking clearly again. It can be the warm water of Hawaii or the cooling lakes in Sweden. Anything Goes as long as it’s water I can dive in too πŸ₯°

Forget yesterday, Embrace today and stay hopeful for tomorrow. Have a wonderful Friday and let me know below what it is that brings YOU joy and relaxation into your life?

I once read that Prayers are for asking the universe for guidance and answers however mediation is for listening for that guidance to come through.

I thought that really sums up what mediation is for me. It’s a time for listening to my inner voice, that wise voice that truly knows what your soul, body and mind need. It’s the voice that tells you in your gut if something is off. It’s the one that pulls or pushes you towards something or someone. It’s your initiative gut feeling.

As we are young we adopt many negative and fearful beliefs from our society and the adults around us. After a while they get ingrained in us as they were our own and we start acting and behavior just like the people we had around us. Be aware that your inner guide is your truest self. Once you start listening to that pure voice within you, drowning out the layers of fearful noise from others lightness arrives. That’s when you start living aligned. That’s when you Start living your most beautiful life.
