Hi friends and followers, I hope 2025 is treating you well so far, and you are staying true to yourself in whatever New Year’s intentions you have made. ✨
I think it’s so important to recognize that while we may have the best intentions and one day be full of motivation to adopt a healthy new habit, other days we may just need to rest and be gentle with ourselves; or give space to step back and re-evaluate what is working.
❄️ Currently, I am revelling in the slowing down that winter permits out here in the Kootenays, while getting my health on track (joining a new gym with group training, being more disciplined with an anti/inflammatory diet, prioritizing sleep, spending time with loved ones and making time for my creativity). It’s all about balance, isn’t it? ⚖️
🌊I hope you are staying connected to the things that bring you joy, while challenging yourself and riding that edge of effort and ease.
