🎉 Birthday Cake Fat Bombs 🎉
These save so much time and are such a delight for parties because guests can just grab a fat bomb and go without the slicing of the cake, plating, forks and spoons. Save the fuss for something else and switch to these instead at your next get-together. You won’t be disappointed!
INGREDIENTS:
•4 oz cream cheese, softened
•4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
•2 tbsp no sugar added, natural, creamy almond butter or peanut butter
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•2 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener to taste
•¼ cup almond flour
•2 tbsp sugar free sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS:
1| Beat the cream cheese, butter, almond butter and sweetener at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
2| Add the almond flour and vanilla extract and beat until blended.
3| Cover the dough and freeze for 30 minutes or until hard enough to form balls.
4| Bring the dough out of the freezer and roll into balls about 1 tablespoon in size.
5| Freeze the balls for 15 minutes.
6| Remove the balls from the freezer.
7| Sprinkle each ball with sprinkles.
8| Keep the balls in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.

If you have an air fryer these will be extra crispy!! ⁣

I take fresh chicken wings and run them through one 20 minute cycle on air fry and then I sprinkle garlic powder on them along with some Parmesan cheese to make them almost have a breaded texture! ⁣
⁣
And I run it through about another 10 minutes more until they are crispy and then I mix together 2 parts franks red hot with 1 part butter and coat! The BEST EVER!!!! ⁣

This was two servings probably 3 lbs of wings before they were cooked. ⁣
⁣
