राष्ट्रीय यूवा दिवस पर नेट/जे.आर.एफ. की हुई ओनलाइन प्रतियोगिता

महर्षि दयानंद योग अकादमी योग विषय में नेट/जे.आर.एफ. की निशुल्क प्रतिदिन ओनलाइन कक्षाएं आयोजित करती है.
राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस 12-01-2021 (यह परिक्षा योग गुरु स्वामी स्वामी विवेकानंद के जन्म उत्सव पर) को सायं 7:30 बजे से 7:50 बजे के राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर ओनलाइन प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की. इस प्रतियोगिता में 20 से अधिक राज्यों के योग विद्यार्थियों ने बढ़-चढ़ कर भाग लिया.

इस प्रतियोगिता मे
प्रदिपता दास (उडीसा) - प्रथम स्थान
आशा राणा (उत्तराखंड) - द्वितीय स्थान
रशमी शर्मा (उत्तराखंड) - तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया.

योग गुरु डा. जय सिंह ने स्वामी विवेकानंद के चरित्र को विस्तारित रूप से सभी को समझाया. कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कर रहे महर्षि दयानंद योग अकादमी के फाउंडर योगाचार्य श्री राहुल आर्य एवं योग शिक्षक श्री रोहित पांडेय ने सभी प्रतिभागियों का अभिवादन किया एवं विजेताओं को स्वामी विवेकानंद की राजयोग नामक पुस्तक से सम्मानित किया गया.

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य सहयोगी सूर्यकांत दत्ता, कृष्ण कन्हैया, आंचल शर्मा, पूजा मिश्रा, हिमांशी वर्मा, रूचि गोस्वामी, नेहा नाज, कृष्ण दत्त त्रीपाठी, रोहित पांडेय, दर्शना कुमारी, हिमानी बिस्ट, नेहा जैन आदि रहे।

As you know there is 2 round of competition

✓- Shankh Prakshalan Asana
✓- Treatment of asanas with Yogic exercise
Benefits and contradiction of Yogic exercise.
✓- Role of Meditation in our life
✓- Surya Namaskar steps and benefits

In Quiz contest 👇🏻
we will send you question paper in your phone by whatsApp Or mail at 6pm on 20-06-2020
👉🏻You would give right answer of all questions within 20 minutes.
👉🏻We will provide Exam in Hindi and English both language.
👉🏻There is time shortage, you have to submit your question paper till 06:20pm

• After that answer sheet will not be acceptable.

We will select only 20 topers of Quiz contest and these topers will eligible for next round which is based on Practical

Practical session - 21-06-2020 at 5pm to 7pm

✓Our Judges will ask question one by one through online Yoga Class.

Corona disease is spreading very fast person to person that's why we are closing our Yoga classes till 31st March 2020.

Requesting to group members please avoid public transport and avoid grouping and didn't make any type physical contact from anyone.

Precaution is better then cure

There are many Yogic techniques and exercise which are helping to avoid this virus into our body.
1- Kapalbhati (Breathing exercise)
2- Bhastrika Pranayam
3- Surya Bhadi Pranayam
4- Agnisar Kriya
5- Surya Namaskar 10 Rounds
6- Kunjal Kriya (Vomiting Therapy)
7- Jal Neti and Sutar Neti alternative days.

Every exercise practice 5 to 10 minutes

These are approximate half an hour schedule. Hope you all will practice regular and maintain your practice.

# Take daily Tulsi and Gloi Juice, it will increase your immunity.

Note- Practice these exercises into neat and clean place after washing hands and face.

Yoga is a journey!

We consider Yoga to be the most valuable Indian inheritance of the present and believe it is an essential need of today.

There are two things in life we cannot survive without: money and health. Money is sought after most but enjoyed least; while health is taken for granted, but enjoyed most. The whole business of earning money gives is endless trouble; if we have a lot of it, others are envious; if we have too little we suffer in many ways. Basically, we have the tendency to think that only money can bring us happiness but we do not appreciate good health until we lose it. Today India is in dire need of healthy, energetic, inspiring and elevating spiritual master or Yoga Teachers. Various factors have brought about their degeneration. Regular and judicious practice of these valuable Yogic exercise prescribed by our Rishis of yore will doubtlessly go a long way in regenerating the invaluable race of man, and in the production of very strong, healthy and spiritual personalities. By bringing about a dynamic change, yoga can turn a man into a God-man.
