A Denied Mother...
Y'all probably won't read all of this but I am sending it anyway. So I am sitting here in thought about a conversation that I had last week with an 80-year old lady... She called in worried that she owed money for her medication. She started telling me about how she is struggling and her son dying. She said she mortgaged her home to help her son and his wife start their trucking business. After the business became successful his wife set him up to be murdered and got away with it. They cut the brake lines on his motorcycle. Followed him to where he crashed and and let him lay there until he was almost dead before they called 911. Because the wife was married to her son she had all control. She banned his mother from the hospital, she was not able to be with her son when he died. She was allowed at the memorial only and had no say at all. I had to say that for you guys to understand that power of attorney, living wills, last will and testaments, and irrevocable trust are so important. She would not even allow his mother to have his ashes. The wife got 6 million in insurance. Did not pay off the mother's mortgage used to help start the business and almost caused this 80 year old lady to lose her home. For y'all that are married. You never know what could happen. Just a word of advice get your affairs in order. You don't have to listen me. Just thought I'd share.

However, this book becoming a Best Seller is my goal but the origin of BS in this book means Black Silence which harbors Black Secrets that often lead to Black Strength, therefore forcing Black Survival and mastering Black Success. This book shares a raw, personal journey of abuse. It explores the pain and adversity of such traumatic events. It also emphasizes the courage, resilience, and determination to cope, survive and heal.
