The food that we eat can make us healthy or unhealthy. If your goal is to lose weight, what you eat is going to play a major factor on how quickly you reach your goals.

Some people believe that God unleashed the coronavirus to get our attention. We cannot confirm or deny this belief, but I do
feel that there is a reason for what we are experiencing. There is not a timeframe when the pandemic will end, which means getting comfortable is not an option. Staying focused will be the key to outlasting and surviving the days to come.

Having Faith is the number one solution to battling fear. Living life, allows us to show God that our Faith is bigger than our fears.
